Since our products are digital goods, access is delivered instantly or through downloadable files / setup services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All products sold on Weblora — including readymade WordPress websites, templates, themes, and digital assets — are non-refundable once the order is completed.
We do not provide refunds in cases including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase
- Product not required after purchase
- Incompatibility with hosting/server environment
- Failure to provide required access for installation
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Incorrect expectations not matching the demo or description
- Discount price not applied after purchase
Digital items cannot be “returned,” therefore all sales are treated as final.
2. Refunds for Service-Based Orders (If Applicable)
For services such as installation, customization, or setup:
- Refunds are not applicable once work has been started or resources allocated
- If a service cannot be delivered due to our fault, a partial or full refund may be considered
- If delays occur due to missing details or access from the customer, refunds will not apply
Any approved service-based refund will be processed only after internal review.
3. Duplicate Payment or Billing Error
A refund may be issued in the event of:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Accidental double charge by the payment gateway
Customers must report such cases within 7 working days with valid proof of transaction.
4. Product Issues & Support Resolution
If you experience any technical issue:

- We will assist with installation guidance or troubleshooting
- Replacement files may be provided if necessary
Refunds will not be considered if support assistance or troubleshooting is refused.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is treated as policy violation.
In such cases:
- License access may be revoked
- Account may be suspended permanently
We encourage customers to reach out for resolution before raising disputes.
6. Cancellation Policy
Since products are delivered digitally:
- Orders cannot be canceled once processed or delivered
- Service orders may only be canceled before work begins
Approval is subject to review and confirmation from our team.
7. Refund Processing Timeline (If Approved)
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method only
- Bank or gateway charges are non-refundable
